i know mvs can be interpreted differently but i took it as a message of being your own angel. only you know the hardships and pain that you go through. as hard as it is, sometimes you just have to remember to take care of yourself through the hardships and pain, even when it’s hard. as someone with anxiety and depression, this song feels like a warm hug and pinch of the cheek-a reminder that things will get better.

No one will probably see this but

I know the song is about personal growth and beating depression... but listening to this after losing someone to suicide had me drowning in my own tears. I comprehend her now.

This hits different when you have passed through those hard times.

This is a masterpiece. I can relate so much with this song after all the anxiety and depression I have been through. One day it will stop. For me the song it’s about recognizing that we have ourselves even when we feel alone. Everything is inside us. Our inner child is there, waiting for us to take care of her and tell her that everything will be better. Somedays breathing or basking the sunlight is not enough but let’s keep fighting because one day it will stop. Let’s stop comparing ourselves with others. Let’s take care of ourselves.

"one day it will stop" that day finally came!!! When this song was release i was stress in life with work and everything else, this song reminded me to keep strong and hang on. It became my comfort song. I hold on to that one day!! and finally it came, im happier now :) Thank you for this song hayi! <3
